Welcome to CraicTee.store. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of my website and the purchase of my products. By placing an order with me, you’re agreeing to these terms. (Don’t worry, I’ve kept the “legalese” as simple as possible ).

1. General Conditions

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Accuracy of Information

I do my best to ensure the wanted design looks exactly as it does on screen, but please note:

• Colors: Depending on your monitor settings, colors may vary slightly from the screen to the physical DTF print.
• Sizing: Please refer to my size guides before ordering.
• Made: The blanks are imported from Europe and printed in Ireland

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in Euro (€).
• I reserve the right to change prices without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase via my secure processors (Stripe/WooPayments).

4. Intellectual Property

The CraicTee belongs to me. All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of CraicTee. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of my designs without express written permission from me.

5. Shipping & Delivery

My shipping terms are outlined in my Shipping Policy. While I use reliable partners (An Post/UPS), I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your right to return items is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which complies with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

7. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by my Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

CraicTee shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Basically, if you wear my shirt and fall over after “going on the gargle”(getting drunk), that’s on you!

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby I provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
