We’ve all been there. You walk into a souvenir shop and see the same tired green shirts with leprechauns that look nothing like us. Or worse, you buy a funny shirt online only for it to arrive thin as a tea towel and the print to peel off before you’ve even had your first pint.
Craic Tee was born out of a simple realization: Irish wit deserves better quality.
We wanted to create apparel that speaks the way we actually talk—the ‘Banjaxed’ mornings, the ‘Sure look it’ afternoons, and the ‘On the gargle’ nights. But we didn’t stop at the jokes. We obsessed over the tech. Every single one of our shirts is printed using professional Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology. This isn’t your auntie’s iron-on; it’s a high-definition, flexible, and vibrant print that won’t crack or fade.
We use Super Premium Fruit of the Loom blanks because we believe a t-shirt should feel as good as the joke on it. Based in the heart of Ireland, we’re a small team dedicated to high-quality prints, authentic Gaeilge, and the kind of humor that makes you say, ‘Go way outta that.

Let’s be honest: life is busy, the news is heavy, and we all spend a bit too much time in the daily grind. I started CraicTee with one simple impulse: I wanted to make people smile. I figured if I could take a bit of legendary Irish humor, mix it with some cheeky animals, and put it on a high-quality tee, I could bring a bit of happiness to someone’s Friday.
Why do I print everything in-house?
Because I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the craic. I didn’t want to send my designs off to a massive factory where quality gets lost. I press every single shirt myself right here in Ireland. I check every line of the DTF print and every stitch of our 100% cotton tees for flaws. If it’s not “The Full Shilling,” it doesn’t leave my desk.
For me, CraicTee is my way of showing the world that a simple joke can be a powerful thing. When you open your package, I want you to feel that spark of enthusiasm. Whether you’re wearing it down the local or catching your reflection in the mirror, I want that shirt to be a reminder to take a breath, have a laugh, and enjoy the moment.
