At CraicTee, we want you to be “the full shilling” happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. 14-Day Change of Mind
Under EU law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to change your mind and return it for a refund.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it (no stout stains or chipper smells, please!).
- Exclusions: Please note that if a shirt was customized specifically for you (e.g., a custom name added), we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
2. Faulty Items or Print Errors
We pride ourselves on our high-quality DTF prints, but we’re only human. If we’ve made a “hames” of it (e.g., a manufacturing defect, the wrong size sent, or a print error):
- Contact us at [contact@craictee.store] within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the issue.
- We will send out a replacement immediately or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at [Your Email Address] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service with An Post, as we can’t refund what we don’t receive!
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safely.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay) within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
Ordered a Medium, but you’re actually a Large? No bother. Send the original back to us (at your cost), and once we receive it, we will ship out the new size. We just ask that you cover the €5.10 shipping fee for the new item.
Shipping Policy
We know you want to get your new threads on as soon as possible. Here’s the lowdown on how we get our “properly printed” tees from our press to your front door.
1. Processing Times (The Printing Part)
Because we print every shirt in-house to ensure the quality is “The Full Shilling,” please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared.
- Note: During busy periods (like the run-up to Paddy’s Day or Christmas), we might take an extra day, but we’ll always keep you posted.

3. The “Free Shipping” Hack 📦
Why pay for postage when you could get another shirt?
- Buy any 3 items and we will ship your entire order for FREE anywhere in Ireland or internationally. The discount is automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the magic number.
4. How We Ship
- Local (Ireland): We use An Post. Once your order is out the door, you’ll receive a notification. An Post is usually “grand” and delivers the next working day after dispatch.
- International: We use UPS for our global shipments. Please note that for orders outside the EU, you may be responsible for local import duties or taxes (though for a single t-shirt, this is rare).
5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your shirt is printed and packed, you’ll get an email with your tracking information. You can follow your “Gargle Cow” on its journey to you.
6. Address Issues
Double-check your Eircode! If a package is returned to us because the address was “a bit of a hames,” we may have to charge you a re-delivery fee. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us at [contact@craictee.store], and we’ll try to fix it before the ink dries.
