Welcome to CraicTee.store. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to these terms. (Don’t worry, we’ve kept the “legalese” as simple as possible).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.
2. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to ensure the “Gargle Cow” looks exactly as it does on screen, but please note:
- Colors: Depending on your monitor settings, colors may vary slightly from the screen to the physical DTF print.
- Sizing: Please refer to our size guides before ordering.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are in Euro (€).
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase via our secure processors (Stripe/WooPayments).
4. Intellectual Property
The “craic” belongs to us. All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of CraicTee. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of our designs without express written permission from us.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. While we use reliable partners (An Post/UPS), we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
6. Returns & Refunds
Your right to return items is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which complies with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
7. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
CraicTee shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Basically, if you wear our shirt and fall over after “going on the gargle,” that’s on you!
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
